We will gladly refund or exchange any website purchases returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to them reaching us in their original, unopened, sealed and unused condition.

Please be aware that due to the natural ingredients, our candles can crystallise slightly (some chaos is beyond control). This is not a defect and does not affect the burn.

If you have a change of heart and wish to return all or part of your order, please complete the following Returns Note and include it with your parcel. Please ensure that items are securely packaged (in original packaging if possible) and returned via a tracked delivery method. We regret that we cannot refund delivery costs.
